Here are answers to your most frequently asked questions.

  • Where do I log in to the courses?

    A 'Log in' button is at the top right corner. Use this link: https://www.medelearnacademy.com/users/sign_in when you log in. A new button will appear, 'Your overview'. Here, you will find the courses you have access to. Go directly here: https://www.medelearnacademy.com/enrollments

  • I have forgotten my password

    Click on 'Log in' in the top right corner. Under the log-in box, click on 'Forgot your password?'. Enter the email address you used for your MedElearn creation. You will then be sent information on how to create a new password. You can use this link to go to the page: https://www.medelearnacademy.com/users/password/new

  • How to download your course certificate

    First, you need to complete all the modules and click on the 'Continue' button at the end of the modules. The course will then be registered as 100% completed. Log in to MedElearnacademy.com and click on your profile in the top right corner. In the menu overview, you will find 'Certificates,' where you can download it.   • Is there an app?

    No, there is not an app. However, the entire website is responsive on your mobile phone or tablet. So you can take the courses on any device you wish: PC, Mac, iPhone / iPad, or Android phone / tablet.

  • Where is my invoice?

    When you sign up, you receive an invoice to the email you used for payment. It may take up to 12 hours before you receive it.

  • I can't find my invoice; how do I get a new one?

    You are always very welcome to contact us at [email protected]. We will send you a new invoice as soon as possible.

  • How do I unsubscribe from the weekly email with information about active courses?

    You will receive an email every week with information about your active courses that have not been completed. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe via this link: https://www.medelearnacademy.com/account/notifications Or follow these steps: 1. log in to your account. 2. Select your name at the top right. 3. In the dropdown menu, select My account. 4. Select notifications on the left. 5. Turn off notifications by clicking the checkmark off in the box to the left of the description. 6. Click SAVE CHANGES. If you want us to do it for you, send us a message via the contact form below.
