Payment
Doctors, nurses, health professionals and pharmaceutical companies can buy access to MedElearn courses.
MedElearnacademy.com accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. Payment will only be debited to your account when the virtual product has been created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. MedElearn may reject purchase requests without reason.
All amounts on the website include VAT and are stated in EURO.
All courses are purchased with single payments - nothing is automatically extended. There are no subscriptions or bindings 
MedElearnacademy.com uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal on the purchase of the courses. You can always contact [email protected] and get help to get started with the courses.
Login and access to the website
The course student's username and password are used to log in to the website and gain access to the course. Each course participant gets his own profile page with access to the purchased courses that are still active. Username and password are confidential information and must be stored and treated as such. The member may not sell, transfer or otherwise give third parties access to or use facilities or content from the courses. 
The courses are accessed from a browser, and the course participant must provide access to a browser that enables her/him to use the website.
Access to MedElearn's courses
You buy access to MedElearn courses for a period, typically 1 year. The period is stated at the time of purchase. You will receive login information per e-mail, access to the course, etc. within a few minutes of registration and successful card transaction, except if there is a system crash and the like.
Disclaimer
Use of the website and information from the courses is at your own risk. MedElearn is not liable for damages for use, including loss of income, mishandling, operational disruptions or similar losses.
Rights, Copyright and Ownership
The content on MedelearnAcademy.com is protected by legislation and belongs to MedElearn (or third parties). This applies to all content including texts, source codes, software, sound, graphics, photos, illustrations, logos, trademarks, videos, podcasts, professional tests, page setup, design, etc. The course participant may not copy or record content from the courses.
Upon purchase, the member transfers his profile information, photo, comments and other data as well as the rights to MedElearn. The transfer and use are without time limit.
The member is permitted to use MedElearn's certificates for completed courses.
Assessments of the courses
MedElearn can give the student the opportunity to rate the courses. The member is not entitled to MedElearn publishing the assessments.
Marketing per e-mail
When creating a profile, the user consents to MedElearn being allowed to send e-mails about course completion and marketing of own courses or services.
Insight and objection
You always have the right to object to registration. You also have the right to access the information we have registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to [email protected]
